Our advantage comes with our early access to the best deal flow through our close and responsive relationships with other leading VCs and major investors.

We don't wait for great brands to begin actively raising capital. We seek out incredible growing companies that could potentially utilize additional capital, but may not actively be raising at the moment. This gives us the ability to find and invest in the best opportunities. This new way of thinking and investing creates tremendous opportunity.

Further, we utilize a variety of unique deal structures in order to maximize returns for our partners - straight equity, venture debt, royalty / revenue arrangements, guaranteeing debt in exchange for equity; we can do it all.

We improve our odds by combining the experience of our team with world class management, and by also teaming up with prominent organizations and experienced partners.
