Our beef is grass fed all its life and to top it off we finish them with, you guessed it, more beautiful green grass! Our hefferettes have never even seen a piece of grain! That means they have a healthier fat profile with more Omega-3s and Conjugated Linoleic Acids (CLAS).

How are our grass-fed beef prices so good? We only sell direct-to-consumer, so the grocery store, shipping companies, and marketing people don't all get a cut.

Our all-natural grass-fed Angus beef has a much richer and meatier flavor than the grain-fed stuff you'll find in the grocery store. It is dry-aged for 14 - 21 days for an ideal flavor profile and tenderness, and of course we use no added hormones or antibiotics.

We support the Earth and your nutrition through sustainably raised beef. Simply put, we let our cattle do the tilling, swathing, and even most of the fertilizing so that our beef have a nutrient-dense diet and the carbon stays in the ground.
