Sinyee Chen

Sinyee Chen is the Program Manager for Caduceus. She is responsible for the complete oversight of The Fort. Belvoir contract. This includes all scheduling, coordinating, and successfully placing candidates in the facility. She has exceptional organizational and communication skills, allowing her to continuously meet the expectations of the contract while providing exceptional service. This results in excellent satisfaction scores with both their candidates and clients.

Prior to joining Caduceus, Ms. Chen worked in retail for many years and has an extensive background in operations, training, developing, managing, and budgeting. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kennesaw University.
