Bob Lowe

Bob Lowe is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management, legal services, and engineering. Currently serving as a retiree at Golfing and Relaxing since March 2023, Bob has held the position of Program Manager at CAE since March 2009, where responsibilities include coordinating high-profile projects and managing stakeholder expectations. As an attorney at Robert G. Lowe, PL, since May 2002, Bob offers legal consultations in residential real estate, trusts and estates, and special education. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Engineer at LCC and a Program Engineer at Singer Link Simulations Division, where Bob contributed to advanced training systems for the US Navy. Bob holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
