Deanna Provan has extensive experience in client services and fleet planning within the aviation sector, currently serving as Fleet Planner and Client Services Manager at CAE since May 2013, after progressing through roles including Client Account Manager and Client Services Specialist. In these positions, Deanna has successfully implemented global processes for customer service, leading to significant improvements in key performance indicators across the network.
