Eric Joncas

Eric Joncas is an experienced Project Manager at CAE since October 2009, overseeing the Operational Training Support Provider (OTSP) In-Service Support program for the CH147F operational aircrew training services at the 450 Tactical Helicopter Squadron in Petawawa, Ontario. In addition to project management, Eric has served as the Application Support Coordinator and Trainer, managing end-user application support and system maintenance for a Royal Canadian Air Force project. Prior to CAE, Eric worked as a Training Sr. Analyst at Dell, training over 1600 adult learners in various technical and customer service areas, and as a Continuous Trainer at Bell Sympatico. Eric holds a Certificate in Project Management from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, obtained in 2013, and previously completed studies at the same institution from 1999 to 2001.
