Michael King

Michael King serves as the General Manager at CAE since August 2021, with a robust history in aviation training and operations management. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of President of FlightSafety Services Corporation, overseeing a large defense business with extensive P&L responsibilities. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at SIMCOM Aviation Training, where leadership encompassed various operational domains and P&L management for multiple training operations, and significant positions at FlightSafety International, including Director of Business Development and Center Manager, where financial oversight and operational integration were key focuses. Michael's early career in the US Navy as a Data Systems Specialist further solidified a strong foundation in the aerospace sector. Michael holds an Executive Leadership certification from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
