Pascal Grenier

Division President, Flightscape at CAE

Pascal Grenier is Division President, Flightscape and a member of CAE’s Executive Management Committee. He heads CAE’s Flightscape team, an integral part of the company’s Civil Aviation business unit that develops digital crew and flight management solutions for airlines and business aviation operators.

Mr. Grenier has been working for CAE for over 25 years and has held diverse positions in almost every aspect of CAE’s products and services. Leading the Global Operations team since 2017, he recently served as President, Global Operations, Technologies & Innovation, where he was responsible for global Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing/Procurement, Quality Assurance, Innovation, IT and Digital Solutions for all of CAE’s business units.

Mr. Grenier was recently appointed as a member on the Board of the Council of Canadian Academies, which assesses complex scientific topics to inform decision-making in Canada. He has also served on multiple boards for different collegial institutions. His extensive knowledge of CAE’s expertise, customer needs, and market trends, as well as his vision and leadership, allow CAE to stay ahead of the competition and focus on innovation to continue shaping the future of flight operations and training.

Mr. Grenier holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Université de Montréal – École Polytechnique. He is also a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.
