Patrick Jordan is a seasoned professional in user experience and digital strategy, currently serving as a Senior Experience Strategist at CAE since November 2020, where responsibilities include leading customer experience strategies and overseeing UX and UI design for aviation operations software. Previously held roles include CX Manager for Flight Operations at CAE, Co-founder & Director of Technology and UX at Usable Technology, and Director of Technology and User Experience at Gravity Partners Ltd.
