Patrick McDade serves as the Training Systems Execution Lead at CAE since June 2012, where notable achievements include winning the CAE Global Innovation Challenge in 2016 and being recognized as a CAE Technical Star in the same year. Prior to this role, Patrick worked as a Technology Teacher at Halifax Regional School Board, teaching Computer Programming 12 and Business Technology 11. Additionally, Patrick gained experience as a Substitute Teacher and a Long-Term Substitute Teacher with Strait Regional School Board, delivering instruction in various science subjects. Academically, Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Mount Saint Vincent University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Saint Mary's University.
