Reginald Decoste

Reginald Decoste is an experienced Training System Specialist and Group Leader for Training Development and Technical Support at CAE since March 2010, where responsibilities include identifying lesson plans and providing training support to 426 Squadron. Previously, Reginald worked at Bombardier Inc. from March 2004 to March 2010 as an ADCTS CF-18 CAT III Instructor, Mission Coordinator, and Test Director, overseeing the training of CF-18 pilots and managing simulator and trainer acceptance. Reginald’s career began with the DND at 419 Squadron from 1980 to 1985. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Royal Military College of Canada, earned from 1972 to 1977, with a focus on operational research, personnel management, and accounting.
