Currently serving as Head of Professional Services at CAE Technology Services Limited, Wayne has previously held significant leadership roles including Head of Operations at CSI Ltd and Head of Technical Strategy & Vendor Alliances at Comms-care. With a proven track record in streamlining processes and driving continuous improvement, Wayne has managed large teams, executed strategic business plans to enhance service delivery, and maintained full profit and loss responsibility. A career break for travel and personal development was taken in 2018, prior to an advancement at CDW UK where Wayne oversaw a professional services team for an extensive customer base. Educational qualifications include a Higher National Diploma in Computer Technology from Calderdale College.
