Jay Holmes

Jay Holmes has over 10 years of experience in the venture capital and private equity industry. In 2017, they joined Wychwood Asset Management as the Managing Director and Vice President. Prior to this, they were Co-Founder and Partner Emeritus at Caerus Ventures from 2010 to 2017, where they were a Managing Director. Jay also served as Chief Strategy Officer and Board Member at Parallel from 2017 to present. In addition, Jay is a Board Member and Advisor at higi from 2017 to present. From 2013 to present, they have been a Member Board of Directors at Dash Software, LLC. From 2010 to 2017, they were Vice President of Business Development at WilliamPaid LLC. From 2009 to 2010, they were an Investment Associate at FRI Investors, Inc. From 2007 to 2009, they were a Marketing and Sales Associate and Development Associate at Ram Realty Services and The Marketing Directors, Inc. In 2006, they were a Real Estate Intern at Ram Realty Services. Lastly, in 2005, they were a Development Intern at Robertson Brothers Community Builders.

Jay Holmes graduated from Cranbrook Kingswood Schools in 2003 and received their high school diploma. Jay then attended Miami University from 2003 to 2007, graduating with a degree in Finance and a focus in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
