Dibran Mulder

Dibran Mulder has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Dibran is currently serving as the Chairman of the Technology Office (CTO) at Caesar Groep, where they are responsible for the technological vision and portfolio of the company. Prior to this role, Dibran was a Team Lead Cloud Development at Cloud Republic, where they managed a team of Microsoft Azure Cloud Developers and focused on becoming leaders in Cloud Application Development.

Before joining Cloud Republic, Dibran worked at Caesar Experts as a Solution Architect and Full Stack Software Developer. Dibran was involved in software consultancy, specializing in modern web technologies and mobile development. During their time at Caesar Experts, Dibran also served as a Team Lead Cloud Development, leading a team of Azure Cloud Developers and focusing on competence development and strategy.

Dibran's work experience also includes roles at Nederlandse Spoorwegen as a Technical Coach, where they advised development and operations teams on Agile processes and tooling, and at Cito as an Azure Architect, where they contributed to the company's digital transformation to the cloud. Additionally, Dibran has experience as an Azure Software Developer at Allego, where they developed the Allego EV Cloud for electric vehicle charging, and at AkzoNobel, where they led software development projects focused on color matching and the Mixit Modular platform.

Early in their career, Dibran worked at Thinkwise Software as a Software Developer, where they contributed to the development, maintenance, testing, and innovation of a model-driven suite for business applications. Dibran also completed an internship at Thinkwise Software, where they developed an architecture for automated testing of software built with the Thinkwise Software Factory.

Dibran's work experience began with an internship at Web Power, where they gained initial exposure to the industry.

Dibran Mulder completed their Bachelor of ICT degree from Hogeschool Arnhem Nijmegen, graduating in 2012. Prior to that, they attended Johannes Fontanus College from 2003 to 2008, where they completed their Havo degree. During their time at Johannes Fontanus College, they studied English, Dutch, Math, Physics, Science, and Economics. In terms of additional certifications, Dibran Mulder obtained several certifications from Microsoft. In 2019, they received the "Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure" certification. In 2016, they obtained the "Developing Microsoft Azure and Web Services" certification. In 2015, they obtained both the "Developing ASP.NET MVC Web Applications" and "Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3" certifications.
