Luc Spaas

Luc Spaas has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1994, they worked as an Account Manager at Vijfhart Oracle & Java until 1995. Luc then joined Caesar Oreade as a Business Unit Manager from 1995 to 2000. Luc joined Caesar Groep in 2000, initially serving as a Divisie Directeur for four years, followed by four years as a Sales Manager. From 2009 to 2011, they held the position of CSO and TOC-IT Consultant at Garansys, where they were responsible for various projects based on the Theory of Constraints. Luc later became the Director of Garansys until 2018, concurrently overseeing the P&L and the MLT strategy of the organization as part of the Caesar Groep. In 2018, Luc became the COO of Caesar Groep, where they work closely with the management team to formulate and implement the group's strategy and policies.

Luc Spaas obtained a drs degree in Bedrijfskunde from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Luc attended the university from 1987 to 1993.
