Eli Frank has over 20 years of experience in the management of manufacturing plants, production lines, supply chain, logistics, inventory, and quality assurance, with 14 years in the semiconductor industry. Previously, they served as Deputy-Director General for Operations at Jordan Valley Semiconductors and currently hold the position of Manufacturing Plant Manager at Caesarstone Corporate, overseeing significant production operations. Eli has managed teams of up to 350 employees and has a strong background in implementing innovative processes and technologies in industrial settings. They earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Heriot-Watt University and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
