Ido Winer is the Head of the Materials and Research Team at Caesarstone Ltd., having previously served as an R&D Materials Team Manager and R&D Project Manager. With over a decade of expertise in R&D, product development, and materials innovation, Ido has worked at Tortech Nano Fibers (Plasan) as an R&D Engineer, where they developed a carbon nanotube production process. Additionally, Ido managed research teams at Phoenicia America Israel as an R&D Project Manager, overseeing the development of new products and technologies. Ido earned both a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
