Lara Mutal has extensive experience in program management and business development, particularly within the home improvement and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Managed Programs at Caesarstone US since August 2016, Lara has managed significant accounts, developed pricing strategies, and improved integration processes. Previous roles at Caesarstone include Sr Manager and Technical Program Manager, where Lara focused on customer relationship management and inventory forecasting. Concurrently, at CR Label USA, Lara has been instrumental in developing and managing a new product line for the US market. Lara's educational background includes an MBA from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Koç University.
