As Chief Risk Officer at ICBC, Tom led risk management and internal audit programs, enhancing relevance within the audit function. Previously, Tom held executive roles at prominent organizations like HSBC and Harry Winston, focusing on operational risk and enterprise-wide risk management. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Simon Fraser University.

CAF Canada
CAF Canada, a registered Canadian charity, provides a platform for Canadian donors to fund international charitable projects. CAF Canada meticulously adheres to Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) regulations by rigorously undertaking due diligence on organizations implementing CAF-funded projects based on an exhaustive list of required attributes. CAF also oversees approved projects to ensure compliance with CRA standards. As a result, CAF is authorized to provide Canadian donors with charitable tax receipts. CAF Canada is part of a global charitable giving alliance spanning six continents. Our goal is to encourage many more Canadians to engage in global giving.
