Baltazar Ojea is a consultant with extensive experience in institutional reform, social responsibility, and international cooperation. They served as the Jefe de Gabinete de la Subsecretaría de Reforma Institucional y Fortalecimiento de la Democracia at the Jefatura de Gabinete de Ministros in 2015 and coordinated programs in Peru for CLAYSS from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Baltazar was the Director of Responsabilidad Social Universitaria at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 2009 to 2019 and co-founded the Unión de Responsabilidad Social Universitaria Latinoamericana (URSULA), where they served as Director until 2022. Currently, they are involved in consultancy at CAF - banco de desarrollo de América Latina y el Caribe, while pursuing a degree in Political Analysis at Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero.
