Franz Rojas

Franz Rojas is an accomplished water and sanitation expert with extensive experience in water resources management across Latin America and Asia. Currently, Franz serves as the Head of the Water Agenda at CAF - Banco de Desarrollo de América Latina since January 2023, following a role as Coordinator of the Water Agenda from July 2018 to December 2022. Previous positions include Senior Water Specialist at CAF and Country Coordinator for the Water and Sanitation Program at the World Bank. With a strong background in institutional capacity development and regulatory framework design, Franz has also led significant commercial improvement projects in sanitation across multiple countries. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Public Policies from Universidad San Martín de Porres, a Master of Science in Hydraulics from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, and a degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution.
