Freddy Puente

Freddy Puente is an experienced business development executive specializing in the private sector at CAF - banco de desarrollo de América Latina since April 2009, with a focus on originating and negotiating loans and investments in emerging markets, particularly in Latin America. Freddy has a solid background in credit risk analysis, having worked extensively to evaluate financial operations involving microfinance entities across multiple Latin American countries. Prior roles include financial planning supervision at O-I, foreign currency trading at Banco del Tesoro, and various positions in back office operations at CAF, providing oversight on treasury management and fund disbursement processes. Freddy holds an MBA in International Business from EAE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad 'Santa María.'
