Luis Carrera is a public policy specialist with a diverse background in education and research. They served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago from 2015 to 2016, and their experience includes roles as a social quantitative analyst for the Mexican government and an editor for the Chicago Policy Review.
