Martín Kunik

Martín Kunik is an ICT Consultant with extensive experience in the design and management of scalable public policies related to information and communication technology. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at CAF, they focus on developing the ICT country strategy for Argentina. Previously, they were an Associated Senior Consultant at Smartvision Latin America, where they successfully led regulatory research and project management for a blockchain-based housing initiative. With a background in public administration and finance, Martín held leadership roles at Consejo de la Magistratura and ENACOM, implementing innovative systems and programs to enhance public services. Martín's academic credentials include master's degrees from both the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, along with an executive program at Harvard Kennedy School.
