Miguel Ostos

Miguel Ostos is currently a representative of CAF in Uruguay, leveraging a strong background in economics and administration backed by two master's degrees. With extensive experience in operations, financial and macroeconomic analysis, and economic development, they have worked in various roles within private, public, and international organizations. Miguel has held significant positions, including Senior Advisor to the Executive Director at the World Bank Group and Chief Financial Officer at the Social Security Agency in Peru. They are proficient in English and Spanish, with a fair knowledge of German, and have a deep understanding of Latin American development challenges.
