Pedro Riera

Pedro Riera has extensive work experience in the finance and development sector. Pedro is currently working as a Principal Funding Officer at CAF - banco de desarrollo de América Latina since May 2022. Previously, they served as a Product Owner at DoinGud from March 2021 to April 2022. Pedro also has experience as a Co-Founder at Artesany from January 2019 to March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Funding Officer at CAF, Development Bank of Latin America from November 2013 to January 2019, where they served as a Relationship Manager for various international organizations. Pedro also founded Veliac in 2008, where they worked until May 2012.

Pedro Riera earned a Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Esade, which they attended from 2002 to 2007. Pedro further pursued education in Innovation & Entrepreneurship and obtained a Master's Degree from Esade in 2012 and 2013. Additionally, in 2018, Pedro obtained certifications in Loan Syndications from Euromoney Learning and Loan Trading from the Loan Syndications & Trading Association (LSTA).
