Raphael Kaiser

Raphael Kaiser is currently the Principal Executive in the Back Office at CAF -banco de desarrollo de América Latina y el Caribe-, where they lead the treasury back office team and implement technological initiatives to optimize finance operations. Previously, they held various roles at CAF from 2015 to 2023, including overseeing the operational life cycle of financial transactions and leading successful technological projects. Raphael has also worked as a Coordinator of Commercial Treasury at Etelix Net Communications and took part in project management internships at BMW Financial Services and in accounting at SUPERCABLE ALK INTERNACIONAL S.A. They hold a Master's degree in Finance from IESA and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and ESB Business School.
