Victor Marval

Victor Marval is an experienced project management professional with a demonstrated history of effective portfolio management in the construction and real estate sectors. Currently serving as a PMO at CAF -banco de desarrollo de América Latina- since August 2015, Victor is responsible for managing project budgets, monitoring financial execution, and collaborating on best practices in project management. Prior roles include Project Manager at GRUPO NSM, C.A. and Jones Lang LaSalle, where Victor managed multi-discipline projects and oversaw construction management. With a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and significant experience in both project and construction management, Victor possesses a robust skill set applicable to large-scale projects across various countries.
