CAFAL which stands for “Creating Aajeevika For All”, is a implementation based development sector consulting firm, working towards solutions for strengthening our country's future workforce needs.

CAFAL was born out of the desire to address the two-fold interlinked challenge of the widening skilled workforce deficit of the industry along with reduction of high un-employment and under-employment rates.

We believe in getting to the depth of the issues at hand and then work towards addressing them using a highly customized and data driven project execution approach.

We are committed to a “visible transformation” on the problems we work on-behalf of our clients. Visible transformation approach is at the core of what we do and how we do. Our clients trust us as we enable them to realize tangible outcomes on complex development sector focused problems.

We are a growing team for passionate individuals who carry extensive prior experience of working in leading global consulting firms and has a rich experience of working with Government agencies, foundations and tech-enabled start-ups in the development space.
