Stephen Storms is currently the Manager of Facilities Automation and Robotics at Cafe Spice, where they direct operations with a focus on robotics and warehouse management. Previously, Stephen worked as a Construction Project Manager at Barry-Wehmiller Design Group, refining skills in operational excellence. Their experience also includes serving as Director of Automation Engineering and Maintenance at C&S Wholesale Grocers, where they successfully implemented an Automated Storage and Retrieval System and significantly reduced failure rates. Stephen’s career began in law enforcement as a Police Officer and has spanned various roles in maintenance and facilities management across multiple organizations.
