Pankaj Kumar is a skilled culinary professional with a diverse experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Chef at Itc Gardenia since June 2022, Pankaj also holds the position of Head Chef at Café (YC S21) from January 2022 to the present. Prior to these roles, Pankaj worked as a Jr Sous Chef at Renaissance Hotels and briefly held the title of Sous Chef at The Den in Bengaluru in January 2022.
