Luis G. Perez

Luis G. Perez has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software development and management. Luis G. started their career in 1992 as a Developer at Brain and then moved on to work as a Developer at Avantel in 1996. At Avantel, they were involved in the Order Entry Hub Project. In 1998, they joined Softtek as a Developer before transitioning to PROS Revenue Management in 1999. At PROS, they started as a Junior Front End Developer and eventually became a Senior Front End Developer, working on various revenue management systems.

In 2013, Luis joined Alert Logic as the Director of Development and Country Manager for Colombia. Luis G. played a significant role in improving the performance and functionality of Alert Logic's product, Cloud Defender. Luis G. was also responsible for establishing and managing the company's operations in Cali, Colombia.

Currently, Luis is the CEO of Cafeto Software, a company that provides quality staff augmentation services at competitive prices. Luis G. focuses on ensuring quality control and expanding the client base by collaborating with Australian and US-based IT firms and start-ups.

Luis G. Perez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila from 1989 to 1993. Luis G. then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at Tecnológico de Monterrey, completing it between 1994 and 1995.
