Evan Wiig has extensive experience in membership, communications, and various editorial roles. Currently serving as the Director of Membership & Communications for the Community Alliance with Family Farmers since December 2012, Evan focuses on sustainable food systems through policy advocacy and community programs. Previous roles include Ranch Hand & Farm Ambassador at True Grass Farms, where responsibilities encompassed marketing, sales, and event planning. Earlier editorial positions at Rowman & Littlefield Publishing Group and BOOKFORUM involved tasks such as acquiring titles, proofreading, and fact-checking. Evan also gained valuable experience as an intern at McSweeney's, contributing to The Believer magazine and engaging with the 826 Writing and Tutoring Center. Educational achievements include a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of San Francisco and further training from the Leadership Institute for the Economy & Ecology.
