Anke Bysouth

Anke Bysouth is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience at CAFOD, currently serving as the Head of Performance and Governance. In this role, responsibilities include managing the development and delivery of key organizational strategies such as performance reporting, project management, and strategy planning. Anke has also held various positions within CAFOD, including Project Services Manager, where leadership of the PMO was emphasized, and Project Coordination Team Leader, which involved managing complex business change projects and introducing a comprehensive project management framework. Additional roles include Deputy Chair of the Third Sector Project Management Forum, which focuses on capacity building within the third sector. Anke holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Change Management from Birkbeck, University of London, a BA in International Studies and Spanish from the University of Birmingham, and an International Baccalaureate from United World College USA.
