Sandra Witherspoon

Sandra Witherspoon is currently the Health and Safety Coordinator at CAFRE. Previously, Sandra worked as a Senior Technical Support Officer at the same company for over three decades. Sandra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science from Queen's University Belfast.
