Igor Misljenovic has a diverse work experience. Igor started their career as a Volunteer Assistant Coach at Virginia Tech Track and Field in 2010, where they created training schedules, administered weightlifting programs, analyzed technical videos, and managed transportation for throwers at competition venues. Igor then worked as an Assistant Coach at Blacksburg High School in 2011 before serving as a Volunteer Strength and Conditioning Coach at Virginia Tech Strength and Conditioning from July 2011 to February 2012.

In 2012, Igor became a Graduate Assistant at Central Methodist University, where they fulfilled various responsibilities until June 2014. Following that, they worked as an Assistant Coach at Western Michigan University from October 2014 to September 2015. In 2016, Igor joined Texas A&M University-Commerce as an Assistant Coach. Here, they assisted in reducing budget expenditures, planned and executed athletic events, coordinated volunteers and officials, arranged meal provision solutions, and implemented transportation and logistics solutions for the team.

In 2018, Igor interned as a Data Analysis Intern at Columbia Advisory Group. Igor then joined the company again in 2020, initially as a Project Coordinator. Later on, they progressed to the role of Project Manager I and subsequently Project Manager II.

In addition to their professional experience, Igor also worked as a Wall Builder at Clayton Homes of Sulphur Springs from August 2019 to October 2020.

Igor Misljenovic has a diverse educational background. Igor completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Business Analytics from Texas A&M University-Commerce from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Education with a specialization in Athletic Administration at Central Methodist University from 2012 to 2014. Igor'sundergraduate studies took place at Virginia Tech, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Igor Misljenovic has also obtained several certifications. Igor became a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) through the International Six Sigma Institute™ in December 2020.
