Lori DeMello

Lori DeMello's work experience is as follows:

- From 2013 to present, they have worked at Columbia Advisory Group as the Director of Risk Management & Compliance / Project Manager Security, Risk, Compliance. Their role includes establishing and managing the Quality Management System for the company and providing services in the areas of Risk Management, Compliance, and Security. Lori also leads and participates in various projects related to Regulatory Reviews, Security Assessments, Audit Preparation and Response, and Risk Management Planning.

- From 2011 to 2012, Lori worked at Capital One as a Solutions Engineering Planner - Contract. In this role, they provided technical supervision to project teams and ensured that new technologies and services adhered to architectural standards. Lori also ensured that the project team followed standard processes defined by the Solutions Delivery Office and PMO.

- From 1997 to 2010, Lori worked at Commercial Metals Company, where they held two roles. First, as the AD/Exchange Messaging Manager - Global, they managed the global team responsible for supporting Active Directory, Exchange, and other related systems. Lori also managed the global DNS, WINS, DHCP, LDAP, and certificate servers. Second, as the Network Manager - Recycling Division, they were responsible for managing the infrastructure across 56 sites and providing technical support for network and server problem resolution.

- From 1996 to 1997, Lori worked at Clark County as a System Technician II, where they performed server administration tasks for Novell NetWare and Windows NT.

- From 1991 to 1996, Lori worked at Bechtel Nevada (EG&G Energy Measurements) as a Systems Programmer. Their responsibilities included administering and managing Novell NetWare file servers, enterprise-wide mail systems, and performing server and client software installations.

- In 2012, Lori worked at General Datatech as a Project Manager - Contract, where they provided project management support for a major Network Refresh project.

- In 2012, they also worked at Texas A&M University-Commerce as an IT Project Manager, where they managed technical projects from initiation through implementation and established project requirements and deadlines.

Lori DeMello earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Data Processing from the National College of Business in Rapid City, SD from 1981 to 1984, graduating with Cum Laude honors. Additionally, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT from PeopleCert in May 2013 and the PMP certification from PMI in December 2010.
