Stephen Erwin has extensive work experience in the field of technology, spanning over a period of several years. Stephen started their career in 1994 as an Infrastructure Support Specialist at United Dental Care. From there, they moved on to Candle Corporation in 1996, where they worked as a Senior PC/LAN Analyst. During this time, they provided support for clients, servers, and networks across multiple locations and also converted Ccmail to Lotus Notes.

In 1998, Erwin joined National Spirit Group as a Network Manager, a role that they held until 2002. Following this, they joined Technisource and served as the Sr. Manager. In this position, they fulfilled various roles, including being the CIO at Beckett Media and the Director of Operations and Infrastructure. Stephen oversaw the management of IT for an ecommerce company and manageda staff of 10 in support of Technisource's infrastructure.

Since 2012, Erwin has been working at Columbia Advisory Group. Stephen initially started as the Vice President and CTO, where they were responsible for Managed Services and served as the company's Chief Technology Officer. In this role, they provided project management, IT due diligence, infrastructure management, security, compliance, and data center rationalization. Later, they were promoted to Sr. Vice President and CTO, where they continued to set the technology direction for Columbia Advisory Group and its clients.
