Alice R. is the Chief Strategy Officer at CAI, responsible for the CAI Global Strategic Plan inclusive of Strategic Direction, Market Analysis, Market forecasts, Technology Evaluation, and M&A Strategy. Prior to this role, Alice served as the MD for CAI Ireland & Netherlands. Additionally, Alice held various roles at PM Group, including Vice President, Regulatory, CQV and Consulting Technical Director, and Regulatory, QA, C&Q Consultant, where Alice was responsible for various aspects of regulatory, validation, and project management. Before joining PM Group, Alice served as a Validation Manager at Novartis and has a strong educational background in project management, biotechnology, chemical engineering, and leadership development.
