Alice Redmond

Alice Redmond is the current Chief Strategy Officer at CAI. Alice has over 25 years of experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and validation.

Alice started their career in 1991 as a QA Manager at Novartis. In 2000, they became the Validation Manager and was responsible for the day to day regulatory and validation input on design projects. Alice planned, resources and scheduled Validation activities for numerous projects.

In 2002, Alice left Novartis to join PM Group as a Regulatory, QA, and C&Q Consultant. Alice was responsible for establishing the Validation, CQ team for PM group which included recruitment, developing an internal toolbox, global business development, and CQ project execution and project management.

In 2008, Alice was promoted to Regulatory, CQV and Consulting Technical Director where they had global responsibility for PM Groups Regulatory, CQ Strategy, Project Execution & Project Management.

Alice has been with CAI since 2012 and is currently their Chief Strategy Officer.

Alice Redmond's educational career includes a Chartered Directorship from the Institute of Directors (IoD), a Masters in Project Management from the University of Limerick, and a Biotechnology and Chemical Engineering degree from Dublin City University. Alice has also completed leadership programs at the Center For Creative Leadership and the Center for Creative Leadership.
