Carrie Temple

Carrie Temple has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Carrie started their career as a Lieutenant in the US Navy, where they served as an Assistant Facilities Engineer/Program Manager. Carrie was responsible for analyzing and prioritizing projects, securing funding for demolition and energy efficiency projects, and conducting facility inspections. Carrie then worked as an Environmental Engineer at the US Army Corps of Engineers, where they authored scopes of work and technical analyses, performed quality assurance reviews, and led field soil sampling teams. Currently, they are working as a Senior Engineer at Commissioning Agents, Inc | CAI Consulting. In this role, they lead data center infrastructure testing for return to service of a cell culture production plant, overseeing the installation and configuration verification of hardware, operating systems, and applications for virtual servers and network switches. Carrie's expertise extends to various applications such as Honeywell Experion PKS DCS, POMSnet MES, and NetApp storage.

Carrie Temple obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida between 1992 and 1996. In 1997, they attended the Naval Civil Engineer Corps Officers School and completed the Civil Engineer Corps Officer Basic Qualification. The following year, in 1998, Carrie took courses in Macroeconomics and Financial Accounting at Leeward Community College. Carrie also holds additional certifications including Certified Building Commissioning Professional from the Association of Energy Engineers, LEED AP BD+C from Green Business Certification, Inc., and Professional Engineer from the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection.
