Jeff Sullivan

Jeff Sullivan has a diverse background in facilities engineering and maintenance, highlighted by a Bachelor of Science in Facilities Engineering and a Master of Science in Facilities Management from Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Experience includes working as a Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning Technician with the City of Quincy, where responsibilities involved responding to public work emergencies and maintaining commercial HVAC systems. At Able Services, Jeff performed operational safety audits and collaborated with engineers at a pharmaceutical facility. Currently, as a Commissioning Engineer at CAI, Jeff continues to leverage expertise in HVAC systems and building operations, complemented by earlier roles as a Building Engineer with CBRE and a General Laborer with J. Allen Construction Company. Volunteer work at Happy Acres involved over 120 hours of caring for children with special needs.
