John also had a brief internship at Legendary Entertainment, rotating through the creative development, production, and marketing departments. In addition, they held a research fellowship at the University of Southern California.

John Houselog has a diverse education history. John earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California in 2015.
