Michael Pasquale has a diverse work experience in various roles, primarily in the engineering and audio engineering field. Michael began their career at Manticore Sound as an Audio Engineer in 1984 and then worked at Spectrum Sound as an Audio Engineer in 1986. In 1987, they worked as a Professional Sound Engineer at Eighth Day Sound and simultaneously served as an Audio Engineer for Lee Greenwood. In 1988, they became an Audio Engineer for Iron Maiden and continued in that role until 1991. Michael then joined Mattec Corporation in 1993 as an Electrical Design Engineer until 2001. Michael later worked as a Validation Engineer at Performance Validation from 2001 to 2005. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Validation Engineer at Commissioning Agents, Inc, starting from 2005.
Michael Pasquale attended The University of Memphis from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Professional Studies (BPS) degree. During their time at the university, they focused their studies on music and electrical engineering.
