Pam Smith

Currently, Pam serves as a Board Member for the American Pop Corn Company and CAI, where leadership roles include chairing the Executive Compensation and Evaluation and Audit Committees, respectively. As the Founder and CEO of PF Smith Consulting LLC, Pam provides strategic consulting services. Previous roles encompass senior executive positions at prominent companies such as The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Redbox Automated Retail, and Sara Lee, where Pam led significant financial transformations and cost-saving initiatives. Pam began a successful career at Procter & Gamble, ascending through roles that showcased expertise in financial planning and analysis across multiple global categories. Pam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from the University of Virginia.
