Robi Pickett

Robi Pickett has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. They began their career at Alliance Pharmaceuticals Limited in 1991, initially working as a Validation/Manufacturing Tech before transitioning to a Validation Tech/Specialist role. In 2000, they joined Cardinal Health as a Validation Engineer briefly before moving on to Biogen in 2002 to work as a Quality Val Engineer II/III. In 2004, they returned to Cardinal Health as a Validation Engineer for a short period. From 2005 to 2012, Robi worked at Genentech as a Validation Engineer. In 2012, they joined Process Technologies & Packaging as the Director of Validation and Regulatory Affairs, overseeing the Validation program and managing regulatory requirements for Cosmetics and OTCs globally. In 2018, they joined The Topps Company as a member of the Quality Assurance team but were unfortunately furloughed due to the COVID-19 pandemic in April 2020. Instead of waiting for a recall, they decided to explore new opportunities. Currently, Robi is employed at CAI as an Area Client Manager, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this role, they also served as a Sr CQV Engineer/Project Manager at CAI from August 2020 to January 2023.

Robi Pickett holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Technology Management, which was earned from the University of Phoenix from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BSBM) from the same institution. Additionally, Robi completed an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Business Management from SUNY Orange from 1991 to 1994.

In terms of certifications, they have obtained several through LinkedIn. These certifications include "Boosting Your Team's Productivity," "Delegating Tasks," "Developing Your Team Members," "Holding Your Team Accountable," "Managing Team Conflict," "Managing Teams," "Managing Virtual Teams," "Meeting Facilitation," "Systems Thinking," "Teamwork Foundations," and "Writing in Plain Language." All of these certifications were obtained in December 2021.
