Ryan Easter

Ryan Easter is a Biomedical Engineering graduate from the University of Minnesota, dedicated to improving patient outcomes through healthcare innovation. They gained valuable experience as a Quality Engineering Intern at Boston Scientific, focusing on medical device development, quality control, and process optimization. Ryan has also demonstrated strong leadership skills through their involvement with Chi Psi Fraternity, where they managed teams and oversaw operations. Currently, they serve as a Validation Engineer at CAI, seeking to leverage their engineering background to bridge the gap between technology and patient care.
