Shane Carroll

Shane Carroll has a diverse work experience with a background in engineering and management roles. Shane started their career at Gestüt Etzean as a Sales Preparation Assistant in 2015. Shane then moved on to Martinstown Stud as an Assistant Yard Manager before joining Stryker in 2016 as a Manufacturing Operator. Shane gradually progressed to roles such as Senior Apprentice Engineer, Associate Manufacturing Engineer, Project Engineer, and finally Senior Manufacturing Project Engineer.

In 2023, Shane joined CAI as a Senior CQV Engineer and later joined Eli Lilly and Company as a C&Q Team Lead (Labs & Admin). Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in the engineering and manufacturing field, as well as their ability to take on leadership roles.

Shane Carroll attended various educational institutions to pursue their education. From 2017 to 2019, they studied at Limerick Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Higher Certificate in Manufacturing Engineering. In 2020, Shane enrolled at Munster Technological University to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Engineering. However, they later transferred to Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology in the same year to specialize in Industrial Engineering. Shane completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree at Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology in 2021.
