Amber Sauer, M.Ed., BCC, SHRM-CP, is currently the Senior Director at Caidya, where they focus on building Learning and Development frameworks for organizations. They have a rich history of experience, including roles as the Talent Development Programs Manager at GlaxoSmithKline, where they managed global learning initiatives, and as the Director of Learning and Development at both Rho, Inc and TrialCard, focusing on talent management during periods of significant organizational growth. Amber has also served as an adjunct instructor at William Peace University, teaching various human resources and business courses.
