Tom Bates

Tom Bates has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Tom began as an intern at Savills in 2010 before joining Workman LLP as a Senior Surveyor in 2011. After four years at Workman LLP, they transitioned to Blackstone Property Management as a Portfolio Manager in 2015. Tom then joined Cain International, where they held the positions of Vice President from 2020 to 2022 and is currently a Senior Vice President.

Tom Bates attended the University of Exeter from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geography. Tom then went on to study at the University College of Estate Management from 2012 to 2014, earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Surveying with a focus on Real Estate. Prior to their university education, Tom attended Windsor Boys School, but no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.
